Terms & Conditions – LLCV Service (Omega Broadcast)

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LLCV Service offered by Omega Broadcast.

 

1. Service Description

      The LLCV Service delivers one outbound call daily containing a recorded spiritual sermon.

      If the initial call is missed, the system will attempt to deliver the call two more times.

      If all three attempts are missed, the subscriber can call back on the provided number to listen to the sermon.

2. Subscription Duration

      Subscription is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of successful payment.

      The service is activated only after the payment is completed through our approved payment platform.

3. Mobile Number Change Policy

      Users cannot change their registered mobile number during the first 3 months of the subscription.

      After 3 months, users are permitted to change their number only once during the remaining 9 months of the subscription.

      Subscription is tied to the number provided at the time of payment. Ensure your number is correct before completing the transaction.

4. No Refund Policy

      This is a non-refundable service. No refunds will be issued for missed calls, network issues, duplicate payments, or any other reason.

5. User Responsibilities

      Ensure your mobile number remains active and available during the delivery time.

      Do not block or restrict calls from the service number.

6. Privacy & Security

      Your data is used only for service delivery. No personal or payment data is shared with third parties.

7. Service Limitations

      While we strive for uninterrupted service, Omega Broadcast is not liable for disruptions due to telecom/network issues or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Termination

      We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service in case of policy violation or misuse.

      Users may opt-out at any time, but no refund will be provided.

9. Modifications

      These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

11. Payment Terms

      Payment is required in full before the service can be activated.

      All payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway. We do not store or access your card or banking information.

      Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation and activation message.
